  CRC provides the following services to our customers.

 Texas DIR State Contract # (DIR-SDD-1364)  and HUB Certified

CRC is DIR partner and is authorized to utilize the Texas State Contract as a pricing vehicle for State Government, K-12 Education and Higher ED Institutions.  By utilizing HUB certified entities, government institutions can maintain their HUB credits.

Microsoft Education Reseller  

CRC is a Microsoft Education Reseller of all Microsoft Products.

Microsoft Advanced Product installation

CRC has Microsoft Certified Professional on staff that will install advanced Microsoft Products (Exchange Server, SQL server, All Versions of Microsoft Server Operating System)

Sales of  Commercial Products

CRC has professional Account Executive Sales personnel that specialize in selling Commercial Products to Private and Public Sector entities.  Being the largest reseller of HP Commercial Product for South Texas has empowered CRC to get awarded the HP Elite Reseller Status for South Texas.

Warranty Repairs                 

CRC is An Authorized Warranty Center for HP Commercial Products (Computers, Notebooks, Servers, and Printers) and Apple Computer Products.  Any DOA product can be repaired or exchanged before it reaches our customers.

Out of Warranty Repairs     

CRC has HP, Apple and A+ certified technicians at all times in our repair facilities.   Out of warranty repairs include, Hardware upgrades, break fix, Software, Virus and Spyware removal.

·     Levels of Service

Basic level -  Out of warranty repairs are billed at a flat rate of $75.00 per hour work plus parts. Onsite travel charges vary depending on location.  Local area McAllen is charged at $25.00, Hidalgo County is charged at $45.00 and outside Hidalgo County prices vary.

Intermediate Level - Setup and Installation of computers, laptops, servers, printing and imaging products and basic network equipment. These services may include basic software configuration and/or imaging. Pricing for these services are priced at flat rate per unit or can be negotiated for a set range of labor hours.

Advanced Level – Pricing for this level start at $125.00/ hour and usually involve a Sow (Statement of Work) and Onsite consultation with one our Advanced Level Professionals.
