Asset Tagging

CRC has asset tagging equipment on hand that we use to create custom asset tags for Large or Small Scale System Deployments. CRC will asset tag the product and then scan the information into either a database or spreadsheet matching it up with fixed assets pre-designated information

Custom Imaging

CRC can create a computer image based upon the computer image created by the customer and replicate that image to multiple systems before deployment. CRC can maintain a backup of multiple images for our customers in certain cases.

Installation

CRC has an experienced technical and installation crew. Deployments are coordinated with the customer and involve setting up the computer, monitor and/or laptop with docking station components. Keyboards, mice, printers, scanners and other accessories are included within this process. Connectivity of the client to the customer network is performed as a last step of installation.

Inventory

CRC scans all installed systems and matches the campus, and room numbers with Asset Tags/Serial numbers in a pre-described method agreed upon by the customer. An Excel or database format is presented to the customer for asset tracking purposes. CRC provides this data to the customer and retains a copy for our records.
